- 24 hour contact with the policyholder and/or claimant from the time an assignment is received.
- Vessel inspection within 2 to 5 business days from receipt of assignment. A damage assessment outlining claim related repair costs can be prepared.
- A final narrative report within 10 business days from receipt of assignment. All reports with photographs will be sent via email, unless another method is requested.
- If a final report cannot be completed within 10 days, a status report, including suggested reserve estimate, within 7 days from receipt of assignment. Status reports will be sent every 10-14 business days thereafter until conclusion of the file.
- Pro-active, constructive dialog with you, the policyholder, the repair facility and all other parties involved. To work WITH all parties, bringing the claim to a timely, equitable conclusion.
- Our Servicefirst guarantee- If you are not satisfied with the service or work product you receive, the service invoice will be eliminated and the file costs you nothing. The only thing we request is you would let us know why you were dissatisfied, so steps can be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. At all times, Servicefirst works with you as a valued client, listening to your requests.
